If, within 7 business days of having received your product, you find that it does not suit your needs, you may return it for a refund. Speedy Crate will refund the purchase price of the product in the same payment form, excluding shipping/handling costs.

once the product is received. All returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
Customer will be charged for any damage to any of the parts.
All parts must be shipped back in the original packing.
When returning a product, you must first Contact SpeedyCrate.com customer support via e-mail: sales@SpeedyCrate.com or through our contact page for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. No packages will be accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. In your package, please include a TYPED return address and a brief explanation of the problem. In any warranty claim, dated proof of purchase (original SpeedyCrate.com invoice or copy) must accompany the product. Return shipping must be shipped prepaid in original packaging or in a container suitable to protect the product from transit damage, and should be insured for the product price. Cardboard containers must be large enough to provide room for the product, and protective padding for the product.
After receiving an RMA# from SpeedyCrate.com, properly packing the crate for shipping, and marking the shipping box with the RMA#,
